In these challenging times, we are all navigating through uncertainty for our loved ones and our community. We hope you are staying healthy and safe.  There may be possible delays due to Covid-19 however we are open for business.  Thank you for your patronage and support!

American Conservation Experience

Steward of the Trails Collection

The Steward of the Trails Collection pays tribute to our amazing Arizona trails.  For every tee sold $5 goes back to the American Conservation Experience (ACE) which was founded in 2004 in Flagstaff, Arizona.   ACE is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing rewarding environmental service opportunities that harness the idealism and energy of a volunteer labor force to help restore America's public lands.

My name is Summer. I’m a mother of 4 (stepson included) and a born and raised Flagstaff gal. My husband flies EMS Helicopters for a living (@rotorwind) and I am a critical care nurse for Flagstaff Medical Center, the only Level 1 trauma center in the northern Arizona region.  My normally very clean open heart ICU has been turned into ground zero for COVID patients. All of our patients are COVID-19+, and 99% of them are from the Navajo Nation, which has been hit harder per capita than anywhere else nationwide, except New York City. This means we are busy and we are tired. We are all working extra shifts to care for the critically ill, some being on ventilators for more than 30 days, and many just dying slowly and alone. It’s heartbreaking. And it’s risky. It’s scary going to work not knowing if we will be the next one who needs a bed- but we do it because we are the helpers and it’s our calling.  Many of us (myself included) have quarantines ourselves from our kids and family members so we don’t unknowingly expose them to the terrible virus we are exposed to for hours each shift. This is hard mentally, emotionally, physically (these patients are totally dependent on the nurse as they are in medically or naturally induced comas and on life support). Although we as nurses are hit hard, the Navajo Nation is hit harder. Many don’t have supplies to wash hands frequently, practice hygiene, or even just cook and have clean water. The reservation is very overwhelmed and we as nurses want to help. Through these shirts we hope we can give to this community more resources to help the families hit hardest. The orphans and the parents who have lost children. The families who have no other means to provide for themselves right now.

Thank you!

Summer requested that a portion of the proceeds benefit the people in Tuba City and Gray Mountain who have been hit extremely hard from COVID.  If you'd like to contribute directly click the link below:

I’m proud to support Trail Print in their mission to shine a light on outstanding members of the MTB community, and at the same time, raise needed funds to support many great charities and nonprofits. Thank you for all you do Trail Print!

I am thrilled to have found a brand that appreciates and embraces the outdoors as much as I do. Trail Print not only caters to mountain bikers and hikers but welcomes all outdoor enthusiasts alike. While sharing the love for this beautiful state, its goal is to also give back to the community with its original designs and high-quality products, while also supporting local athletes and businesses.
